Jonathan's Karate tournament was tonight. And thanks to my compulsive need to be on time for everything we were 10 minutes early. Then all the other kids were late. So we waited... and waited.
Finally, 40 minutes later, they got the show on the road. For some reason, Jonathan was matched with all bigger and older kids who had more experience. I was so proud of him for hanging in there. He fought much better than I've ever seen him fight in practice. I guess he needed a challenge. He didn't win any of his matches, but everyone got a trophy and a medal so Jonathan left happy.
